Hummus is one of my all-time favorite snacks to munch on. Whether it’s with veggies or warm pita chips, hummus is just amazing.  I had a few of my girlfriends over the other night and decided I would make a homemade garlic and lemon hummus to serve as an appetizer with warm, toasted pita bread.  It so super simple to make!

Super Simple Thanksgiving Turkey Recipe

Ahhh… the holidays. A time filled with pumpkin spice-scented everything, warm thoughts, mulled wine, family time, and of course, FOOD. Yesterday, my friends and I celebrated “Friendsgiving” which is just like Thanksgiving except with no family.  Everyone was in charge of a dish or two and I had the honor of making and bringing homemade stuffing, gravy, and a beautiful roasted turkey.

Can you believe it’s already November 4? Time flies by so fast and before we know it, it will be Thanksgiving and then soon after it will be Christmas.  I believe Christmas is only 50 days away….
